Kiwi Experience is the leading hop-on hop-off guided bus experience in New Zealand. This website redesign project aims to apply the new branding to the website and make it attractive to its young audience. The new website also need to help sales and conversions.

Re-shape the Customer Journey & Build New IA
Work with UX designer, we run card sorting among couple of users to help design our new IA. Then we validate the IA by Chalkmark test. We create site structure based on the test result.
Low Fidelity Wireframes
Quickly made wireframes to help inspire more discussions within team. We had multiple iterations before reach an confirmed wireframe.
New Branding Design
The new branding is bold, fresh and clean. It perfectly suits our young target audience.
